PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

By purchasing a subscription, the customer authorizes Bula’s Shop to charge the selected payment method according to the delivery frequency chosen at checkout. Subscription orders continue automatically until paused, skipped, or canceled.

Customers may pause, skip, or cancel a subscription before the next scheduled order is processed.

CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION

Customers can manage their subscription through their customer account or contact Bula’s Shop through the Contact Us page at bulasshop.com.

Cancellation applies only to future subscription orders. Once an order has been charged or processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under our final-sale policy. The current order will still be shipped, but future subscription orders will stop.

When a subscription is canceled, the Subscribe & Save discount will also end.
