Processing Time

All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. (You may update this if you later offer international shipping.)

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for replacement or refund of the order.
