Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns on used products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your candle is damaged during shipping, email us at [your email] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
